My New Favourite Breakfast.



Whhaaaaa!?! How good does that look!?

I'm usually a spicy, eggy, tomatoey kind of breakfast person. A bit of heat is a great way to start the day (recipes to follow some day soon...) But anything savoury, warm, and delicious and I'm happy.

This is essentially a posh cheese on toast, it might not be the healthiest, but we all need a good start to the day, plus I like to hide healthy bits and pieces even among the cheesiest of meals - hence the Cress.

It has crazy weird health benefits for such a tiny food, and bonus, you can grow it in a potato. Full of Vitamin C, good for your eyes, potentially anti-cancerous, good for your teeth. See, loads of weird benefits, and so tiny you can hide it in any meal. Eat up!




Prosciutto and Egg Toast

What do I need?

Bread
Cheese
Tomato
Cress
Prosciutto
Egg
Lemon juice
Spring Onions
Olive oil.

Take a big chunk of bread, toast lightly on both sides and then melt your favourite cheese and some tomato on top. (gruyere or a strong cheddar is great for a bit of salty nuttiness).
Keep that warm while you fry up and egg to your liking.
Then toss together a tiny salad of watercress( super detoxifying) with some slithers of spring onion, squeeze over some lemon juice and a dash of olive oil.
Top the cheesey tomatoey toast with a slice of prosciutto, the salad, egg, and a dash of pepper.

aaaand scoff!
